Account Setup

Configure your workspace, invite team members, set up billing, and apply your brand.

After signing up, configure your workspace so your team can collaborate and your demos match your brand.

Workspace settings

Go to Settings > Workspace to configure:

  • Workspace name -- Appears in internal navigation and team invitations.
  • Workspace URL -- Your unique subdomain (e.g., yourcompany.demoship.com).
  • Default timezone -- Used for analytics reporting and scheduled publishing.

Invite team members

  1. Go to Settings > Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter their email address and select a role:
    • Admin -- Full access to all settings, billing, and demos.
    • Editor -- Can create, edit, and publish demos.
    • Viewer -- Read-only access to demos and analytics.
  4. Click Send Invite.

Invitees receive an email with a link to join your workspace.

Billing

Go to Settings > Billing to:

  • Select your plan (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise).
  • Add or update payment methods.
  • View usage metrics against plan limits.
  • Download invoices.

Note: Enterprise plans include custom pricing, SLA guarantees, and dedicated support. Contact sales for details.

Brand settings

Under Settings > Brand, configure the visual identity applied to all published demos and Demo Centers:

  • Logo -- Upload your company logo (SVG or PNG, recommended 200x50px).
  • Brand colors -- Set primary and secondary colors. These apply to hotspots, buttons, and callout styling.
  • Fonts -- Choose from available web fonts or upload a custom font file.
  • Favicon -- Displayed in browser tabs when viewers open your demos.

Custom domain

Connect your own domain (e.g., demos.yourcompany.com) under Settings > Domain:

  1. Enter your desired domain.
  2. Add the provided CNAME record to your DNS configuration.
  3. Click Verify. SSL is provisioned automatically.

SSO configuration

Enterprise plans support SAML-based SSO. Under Settings > Security > SSO:

  1. Enter your Identity Provider metadata URL or upload the XML file.
  2. Map user attributes (email, name, role).
  3. Enable SSO enforcement to require all team members to authenticate through your IdP.
