Collections
Organize demos into browsable collections by persona, industry, or use case.
Collections group related demos within your Demo Center. Prospects browse collections to find content relevant to their role or interest.
Creating a collection
- Open your Demo Center in the editor.
- Click Add Collection.
- Name the collection (e.g., "For Marketing Teams" or "Enterprise Features").
- Add a description that tells prospects what they'll find.
- Drag demos from your library into the collection.
Organizing strategies
By persona
Create collections for each buyer persona:
- "For Sales Leaders" -- CRM features, pipeline management, forecasting demos.
- "For Marketing Teams" -- Campaign builder, analytics, A/B testing demos.
- "For Developers" -- API walkthrough, integration guides, webhook configuration.
By industry
Tailor collections to industry-specific use cases:
- "Healthcare" -- HIPAA compliance features, patient management workflows.
- "Financial Services" -- Audit trails, regulatory reporting, secure data handling.
- "E-commerce" -- Product catalog, checkout flow, inventory management.
By use case
Focus on problems your product solves:
- "Getting Started" -- Onboarding and setup demos.
- "Advanced Workflows" -- Power-user features and automation.
- "Integrations" -- Connecting with third-party tools.
Ordering and featuring
- Manual ordering -- Drag collections to set their display order.
- Featured collection -- Mark one collection as "Featured" to display it prominently at the top of the Demo Center.
- Demo ordering -- Within each collection, drag demos to control the display order.
Collection visibility
- Visible -- Appears in the Demo Center for all visitors.
- Hidden -- Only accessible via direct link. Useful for prospect-specific collections shared during a sales cycle.
- Scheduled -- Set a publish date to make a collection visible at a specific time (useful for product launch coordination).
Note: A single demo can appear in multiple collections. Editing the demo updates it everywhere.
