Tracking
Monitor prospect activity in sandboxes, view engagement heatmaps, and sync data to your CRM.
Sandbox tracking captures detailed prospect behavior -- which features they explore, how long they spend, and what actions they take. This data helps sales teams prioritize leads and tailor follow-up conversations.
Activity feed
Each sandbox has a real-time activity feed showing:
- Page views -- Every page the prospect visits, with timestamps.
- Actions -- Buttons clicked, forms submitted, records created or modified.
- Session data -- Session duration, number of sessions, and last active time.
- Feature usage -- Which product features the prospect engaged with.
Access the activity feed from Sandbox > [Instance] > Activity.
Feature exploration heatmaps
Heatmaps provide a visual overview of prospect engagement across your product's features.
- Feature coverage -- Which areas of the product the prospect explored vs. ignored.
- Time distribution -- How long the prospect spent in each section.
- Interaction density -- Which specific elements received the most clicks.
Use heatmaps to identify which features resonate and which go unnoticed. This informs both sales follow-up and product development.

Sandbox activity data syncs to your CRM to enrich deal records and enable lead scoring.
